Leading law firm CMS Cameron McKenna chose Shelter as their charity of the year in February 2006, and set their sights on raising £50,000 for Shelter's services.

To reach this target, CMS Cameron McKenna hosted a range of fun activities to raise funds for our work with homeless and badly housed families throughout the UK.

From World Cup screenings, dress-down days, book sales and quiz nights, to taking part in Shelter's Three Peaks Challenge, and fielding runners for the marathons in London and New York, staff threw their support enthusiastically behind the fundraising efforts.

With more than 1,000 staff in offices in London, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Bristol, the events were tailored to inspire and motivate as many of them as possible. It's an approach that worked, with employees from all areas of CMS Cameron McKenna getting involved, from the legal departments and support teams, to the Managing Partner.
