Do I qualify for Gift Aid?

Do I qualify?

You must be paying as much in income tax and/or capital gains tax each year (6 April one year to 5 April the next) as Shelter reclaims on your donations. This is currently 25p in every £1. As a guide, on a gift of £10 you must be paying at least £2 in tax each year to qualify.

If your circumstances (name, address or tax status) change please contact us on 0300 330 1234 so that we can update our records. The tax received will be used to help fund the whole of Shelter’s work. Thank you.

In order for us to set up a direct debit online you must be the account holder of a personal bank or building society account.
