This section looks at your situation if you have a limited duration or short limited duration agricultural tenancy and your landlord asks you to leave. Your rights will depend on the kind of tenancy you have and whether or not your lease has expired.
Before an LDT or SLDT lease ends
If you have a limited duration tenancy (LDT) or short limited duration tenancy (SLDT) your written lease should say how long your tenancy lasts and when your lease expires. Your landlord can only evict you before this date in special circumstances. This page looks at what you can do if you're in this situation.
After an LDT or SLDT lease ends
If you have a limited duration tenancy (LDT), your landlord can only evict you at the end of your lease by following the correct procedure, and you may not necessarily have to leave. If you have a short limited duration tenancy (SLDT), you will have fewer rights, and will probably have to go if your landlord wants you to.
