Complaints about care services

Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care (Care Commission)

Care services in Scotland are regulated by the Care Commission. Care services include care homes, housing support services, rehabilitation homes and respite care. The Care Commission website has more information about the Commission, including how to make a complaint about a care service.
