When you sign up to run for Shelter Scotland, you get more than just the buzz of knowing you're supporting our work.

We'll look after you all the way, with training and fundraising tips aplenty and a runner's package tailored to each race. The basic components of the package are:

  • support all the way, with top tips on training, health and nutrition, and fundraising
  • sponsorship forms
  • a 16-week training programme developed by our friends at
  • a Shelter/adidas running vest
  • free Shelter cheering t-shirts for your family and friends.
