This page looks at who might need supported accommodation, and how you can find out what your rights are if you live in supported accommodation.
Who is supported accommodation for?
You may need support if you:
- are elderly
- have a learning disability
- have a mental health issue
- have a sensory impairment or physical disability
- are a young person in their first tenancy
- are a young single parent
- have been homeless and are moving into a new tenancy
- are at risk of becoming homeless
- have drug or alcohol dependency issues.
