If the council decides that it isn't appropriate to apply for an antisocial behaviour order, there might be other options available to alleviate the problem. This section takes a look at some other possible solutions.
Acceptable behaviour contracts
Antisocial behaviour orders (ASBOs) won't be appropriate in all cases of antisocial behaviour. Sometimes everyone can agree on a solution without going to court. This often happens where children and young people are involved but it's an option for everyone. In cases like these, an acceptable behaviour contract may be drawn up. Read more 
Interdicts

Fixed penalty notices
