Criminal offences - definitions

As well as being charged with the criminal offences of unlawful eviction and harassment detailed in the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984, [1] and the breach of a non-harassment order in the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, [2] it is also possible to charge perpetrators with common law offences including breach of the peace and assault.
