Top comedians help raise money

Two comedians from this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe have kindly donated proceeds from their shows to Shelter Scotland.

Kevin Bridges, one of Scotland's top comedians, has kindly donated 50% of the proceeds from his extra show at the Pleasance Courtyard on the 29th of August - the other half going to Waverley Care. The event was also supported by Marlon Davis and Micky Flannegan.

Rising star Sean Hegarty, from Northern Ireland, was appearing at the Festival for the first time this year and had a free show at Renroc cafe.

Sean also took the time to perform an exclusive in-store gig in the Tollcross Shelter shop on Friday 27th of August. Donations from all the shows were kindly made to Shelter Scotland, raising over £120.
