Changing your sign up details
Once you've signed up for the practice newsletter, if any of your details change, here's how you can get in touch to let us know.
If any of the following details change, we'd be really grateful if you can let us know, so we can keep our records up-to-date:
- name
- email address
- job title
- area of work
- company or organisation.
To let us know, simply email us at practicescotland@shelter.org.uk with:
- your current name and email address
- your new details.
