Who are our customers?

A huge number of advice agencies, voluntary organisations and charities send delegates on Shelter courses because of the quality of our housing training, together with our unique expertise in this field.

Many delegates are not housing specialists, yet require some knowledge of housing issues and legislation in order to provide advice and support to their clients.

Our clients

Over the last two years, we have delivered courses to over half of the local authorities in Scotland, as well as voluntary agencies, advice centres and charities.
