A corporate partner of Shelter Scotland
We announced a new corporate partnership with Karndean Designflooring, the UK's leading supplier of luxury vinyl flooring, in January 2025. Karndean is well known for bringing homes to life with beautiful flooring.
Karndean will support our campaign to tackle housing injustice, as well as our work defending the rights of people experiencing homelessness or housing issues.
Fundraising communities
Karndean have proudly pledged to raise £25,000 for Shelter and Shelter Scotland in 2025, through corporate donations and events such as:
fundraising events at their showrooms including Material Source Glasgow
excess flooring donated to four of our charity shops for reuse or resale
a donation for every free chip sample returned to Karndean head office to be reused or recycled
a donation for every employee that supports Shelter or Shelter Scotland with their paid volunteering day
Karndean are planning to host a series of fundraising events throughout the year. They will collaborate with customers, including retail partners, commercial contractors, architects and interior designers to maximise their impact.

But Britain currently has a housing emergency with a shortage of affordable and social housing. This means that thousands of people do not have a secure home. Because like them, we believe 'home is everything'.
