Flexible working and reasonable adjustments
Every Shelter Scotland employee has the right to request flexible working. This includes changes to the number of hours worked, working patterns, or increased homeworking.
We will only refuse a request for flexible working where there is a recognised business ground. This can vary by role.
You'll be asked if you need any adjustments to help you attend an interview. If you are successful, Shelter Scotland will ensure reasonable adjustments that allow you to fulfil your role are met.
Pay and benefits
Shelter Scotland offers competitive salaries and 30 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. You'll get paid time off for home or family emergencies, and to take up volunteering opportunities.
We offer a generous pension contribution, life assurance, occupational sick pay, and loans for transport or to pay a tenancy deposit.
