Mitchells & Butlers is one of the largest operators of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK, with over 1,600 locations. The employees at its Retail Support Centre in Birmingham have committed to a three-year partnership with Shelter and Shelter Scotland in a bid to raise over £35,000 – they are already off to a fantastic start having raised £12,000 in year one with lots of exciting plans heading into year two.

As part of their wider sustainability strategy they have developed clear plans to increase the positive effects they have on society and the communities in which they operate, as well as on people impacted by the business, be they employees, guests, or the wider community.
