Sex discrimination

It's against the law to be treated unfairly because of your sex. This section looks at your rights if you feel that a landlord, council, mortgage lender or other service provider is discriminating against you because of your gender. It explains when and how sex discrimination laws protect you and what you can do if you think a person or organisation has treated you unfairly.
