ScotlandGet help from Dundee council if you're homeless or likely to become homeless soon.
They have a legal duty to help you and must offer you temporary accommodation if you need it.
Shelter Scotland may be able to help if either:
the council has not accepted your homeless application
the council has not given you temporary accommodation
Our office in Dundee is usually very busy, so we can only provide advice by appointment.
Contact the council’s homeless team and tell them you're making a homeless application.

You can contact any council to make a homeless application.
Find any council's homeless team.
We may be able to help if you have contacted a council to make a homelessness application and either:
they have not accepted it
they have not given you temporary accommodation
We may also be able to help if someone in your home is vulnerable or at risk of harm.
Due to high demand, we can only provide advice by appointment.

Our office is at River Court, 5 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee, DD1 3JT. The building has step-free access throughout, with a lift to access each level, and an accessible toilet.
