Homeless decisions the council can make
If you're homeless or threatened with homelessness, the council must help you.
After you've made a homeless application, the council will look into your situation to decide what longer-term help you'll get.
The council will send you a decision letter that says if you'll be offered a permanent home.
You can appeal a decision within 21 days.
