Antisocial behaviour orders

Closure of premises
Closure orders allow the courts, on an application from the police, to close any premises that are associated with significant levels of disorder or nuisance.
Antisocial behaviour notices (ASBN)
Antisocial behaviour notices were introduced through the Antisocial Behaviour etc (Scotland) Act 2004.
Landlords affected by ASBNs
This section looks at those landlords that can and cannot be affected by antisocial behaviour notices.
Landlord does not comply with ASBN
This section looks at actions that can be taken against landlords who do not comply with antisocial behaviour notices.
