There is no statutory provision for the control of mobile home rents or pitch fees. Most written agreements contain an annual review of pitch fees on stated grounds.

Pitch fee disputes can prove intractable and their resolution usually requires either an agreement of the parties or an application to the court. An application to an arbiter can be made if both parties agree to this.
