Succession and court orders
If a tenancy has already been ended by court order then no-one will be entitled to succeed to the tenancy as in effect there is no tenancy.
If a landlord has started possession proceedings then a successor would still be entitled to succeed and the landlord would probably have to recommence the proceedings from the beginning as the new tenant would not be the one named in the documents.
