Shelter Scotland's response to the Scottish Government's New Deal for Tenant's: Rented Sector Strategy Consultation. We welcome the opportunity to respond. Many of the proposals in this consultation have the potential to improve Scotland’s rented sector, and we are pleased both rights and supply will be considered as part of the Rented Sector Strategy.
