Briefing for the Scottish Government's Ending Homelessness Together debate

This briefing was produced ahead of the Scottish Government’s Ending Homelessness Together debate which was held on the 29thNovember 2018. The debate followed the publication of the Scottish Government and COSLA’s “Ending Homelessness Together: High Level Action Plan”, which brings forward the recommendations made by the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Action Group and also the work of the Local Government and Communities Committee’s recent inquiry into homelessness. The briefing sets out our position and recommendations on homelessness in Scotland.
