Consultation response: proposed annex for the interim Code of Guidance

Shelter Scotland supports the need to update the Code of Guidance, and believes the temporary accommodation standards laid out by Shelter Scotland/CIH provide a good basis. However, we feel that some areas of the proposed annex could be strengthened, as outlined in this document.  

We also note that these are advisory temporary accommodation standards. Shelter Scotland has long pushed for legally enforceable standards, and recommend that the proposed standards become legally enforceable in the near future.
