Enhanced Heating Regimes within the new definition of Fuel Poverty - consultation

Shelter Scotland broadly agrees with the policy intentions behind the Enhanced Heating Regime categories but we have concerns that some of the wording of the definitions is confusing. In addition, there are some assumptions made relating to young children and free childcare hours that merit further investigation.
