Funding Homelessness Services in Scotland

This study was commissioned by Shelter Scotland as a follow-up from previous 2012 research examining the sources and trends of funding Scottish local authority (LA) homelessness services.

Five years on, this update has involved consultation with 15 LAs to understand how the context and reality of funding homeless services has changed, to understand the challenges faced, and discuss possible solutions to put the funding framework of homelessness services on a more stable footing.
