Shelter Scotland's response to the proposal to incorporate the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child into Scottish law.

Summary

Shelter Scotland supports the call of Together, an alliance of Scottish children's charities and 35 of its members, on the Scottish Government to meet the international 'gold standard' for incorporating the UNCRC into Scots law.
