Scottish Government consultation on energy efficiency: the views of private tenants

By: Shelter Scotland  Published: June 2017

This report represents the views of private tenants in Scotland on Scottish Government proposals to implement a minimum energy efficiency standard in private rented housing, gathered through a variety of methods.  The report is the result of a project carried out by Shelter Scotland, on behalf of WWF Scotland who are members of the Existing Homes Alliance Scotland, with the aim of increasing the voice of private tenants, and ensuring their experiences are represented in the consultation process.
