Private Housing Issues: Housing Bill Consultation

Shelter Scotland welcomes this opportunity to respond to the Scottish Government’s supplementary consultation on the Draft Housing (Scotland) Bill. In this response we focus on issues relating to the Private Rented Sector (PRS). We also have some observations to make on the questions relating to the repair of privately owned houses.
