Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Bill - additional stage 1 evidence

In relation to cases of antisocial behaviour Shelter Scotland believe that the ground for possession should be made to work, rather than introducing a change to the bill which could remove security of tenure for all private rented sector tenants.
