Progress and Drift: A Review of the Homelessness Task Force Recommendations

These recommendations addressed legislation, policy and cultures across the homelessness sector and served as the blueprint for change. Written after consultation with local authority homelessness officers and other stakeholders, the report finds that while there has been significant progress and some legislative changes - especially the 2012 commitment - some policy areas have been allowed to drift.
