Shelter Scotland briefing: Coronavirus (Scotland) (No.2) Bill, Stage 3 Amendments

This briefing was sent to all MSPs outlining Shelter Scotland's views of the second emergency legislation in relation to Coronavirus at Stage 3 of the bill. It provides details of areas of the bill which we support, such as student housing provisions, while putting forward the case for amending the bill to include greater support for renters, protections from eviction after the emergency period and additional welfare support for those who need it.
