Shelter Scotland letter: Unsuitable Accommodation Order SSI 2021/10 – Local Government and Communities Committee

Shelter Scotland has written to the Local Government and Communities Committee outlining our concerns with the Scottish Government's Scottish Statutory Instrument (SSI), that further delays the full implementation of the Unsuitable Accommodation Order, leaving more people trapped indefinitely in substandard and unsuitable temporary homeless accommodation.
