Shelter Scotland’s response to the Devolution (Further Powers) Committee’s call for written evidence on the Scotland Bill

We have focussed our comment on the aspects of the bill which relate to social security - specifically powers over social security which relate to housing - as these have the potential to have the biggest impact upon people in Scotland who are homeless or badly oused.
