Temporary Accommodation Guidance

The guidance aims to provide temporary accommodation providers with a benchmark to aim for in terms of quality, location and management of properties being let to homeless households.

This guidance, which is advisory rather than statutory, has drawn on the experience of staff managing temporary accommodation and the views of people who have lived - or are currently living - in temporary housing.
