Toolkit for Conducting an Anti-Racist Review of Housing Services
Toolkit for Conducting an Anti-Racist Review of Housing Services
This toolkit is part of a broader project with Wheatley Group and Shelter Scotland who are working together to review their service delivery for Black and People of Colour communities (BPOC) and ensure that their organisations can meet the needs of communities through embedding active anti-racist practice. Wheatley Group and Shelter Scotland commissioned a consultancy group, The Collective, who have expertise in social research, lived experience participation and anti-racist research practice. As well as undertaking their own review of services, the project included developing this toolkit to help drive change and support a more inclusive housing sector in Scotland. The toolkit is intended to support housing organisations to carry out similar anti-racist reviews in their own organisational context.
