It is suitable if you are new to a role as an adviser or work for a local authority in Scotland in housing or homelessness. It is also suitable if you support people who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness.

recognise the threshold for accepting applications and how to manage repeat cases
understand the right to temporary accommodation while enquiries are ongoing
