Action about adaptations

Private tenants have the right to ask her/his landlord for consent to carry out work to adapt the home to meet the needs of an occupant with a disability.  

Where consent is refused or if consent is granted but with unreasonable conditions the tenant can apply to the tribunal to challenge this.
