Harassment of owners

When an owner/occupier is the victim of harassment, all incidents should be monitored and reported to the police immediately.

If an owner were suffering from harassment, it would be possible to raise an action of harassment. The owner/occupier also has a right to raise a civil action for damages if they can show that they have suffered loss as a result of the acts being complained about.

It may also be possible to take action under laws to prevent antisocial behaviour.
