Prosecution for harassment

In Scotland the police and procurator fiscal decide whether or not to prosecute.

It should be noted that the process from the initial complaint from the victim, to the eviction of the perpetrator and any other subsequent court action, may be very lengthy and distressing, and complaints of harassment may be difficult to prove.
