Shelter Scotland Begins Legal Action Against Glasgow City Council
On 2nd October we started court action against Glasgow City Council. We are seeking a judicial review into the Council’s unlawful practice of denying homeless people temporary accommodation. It’s the first time we’ve has taken such action against an entire local authority.
